Can you tell us a little about you?
My name is Emilija and I'm a 21-year old girl living in Denmark. I was born and raised in Lithuania, but moved to Denmark with my parents when I was 9. I am studying in marketing and doing modelling in my free time.
If you could change anything about yourself, what would it be?
As a freelance model, I’ve learned to embrace my uniqueness, but if I could change anything, it would be to worry less about perfection. Sometimes I overthink the smallest details, but I’m learning that confidence and authenticity matter more than being perfect.
How did you start modelling?
There was a photographer that contacted me through Instagram asking me if I could be interested in a shoot, and after some thought, I said yes and never regretted it.
What do you think of the work as a model?
I think being a model is really fun and creative. I love trying different looks, meeting new people, and being part of projects where I can express myself. It can be challenging sometimes, like long hours or staying confident, but overall, I really enjoy the experience and the opportunities it brings.
What is your beauty regimen?
I keep it pretty simple. I wash my face, use moisturizer, and always wear sunscreen. I drink plenty of water and try to eat healthy. For makeup, I usually go for a natural look, but I like to have fun with it sometimes!
What are your personal qualities which distinguish you from others?
I think what makes me stand out is my positivity and determination. I always try to stay optimistic, even when things get tough, and I’m very focused on reaching my goals. I’m also really easygoing and love connecting with people, which helps me work well in different situations
What are your plans for the future?
My number one plan is to finish my studies and finding a job I like. I leave the rest for destiny.
What are some of your favorite experiences so far?
Some of my favorite experiences so far have been beach shoots. There’s something so magical about being by the ocean—the natural light, the sound of the waves, and the fresh air make everything feel so vibrant and alive. I also love how creative you can get with beach settings.
Do you have any advice for those who want to start modelling?
My advice is to believe in yourself and be confident. Also, it’s really important to always listen to your boundaries and make sure you feel comfortable with every opportunity. Stay true to who you are and have fun with it.
What do you think of the magazine?
I think the magazine is awesome because it makes it easy to share new content and reach a lot of people. It’s a great way to discover styles, ideas, and trends. I also love how accessible it is—anyone can check it out anytime!
